PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A. BIRTHDAY PROMO (All Existing Members)

  1. Promo is open to all registered CLP (Customer Loyalty Program) customers.
  2. The birthday promo will run to all Primer Stores from Jan. 05 to Dec. 31, 2025.
  3. Birthday Coupon: 20 % OFF on no min. spend required
  4. Eligible CLP members will receive a special birthday coupon via Viber or SMS.
  5. The birthday discount is valid only during the CLP member's birth month.
  6. To redeem the birthday promo, present the SMS/Viber/email message and 1 Valid ID with their birthdate (Company ID, Passport, Driver's/Medical license, PH National ID, UMID etc.) at any participating Primer Free Standing Stores nationwide.
  7. The birthday discount can be availed once per concept site or brand store but can be used multiple times in different Primer brand stores excluding TUMI and SPORT B stores. 
    1. Ex. Customer A received the 20% Voucher. Customer A can redeem the 20% voucher to the Bratpack Store (only once), then can also redeem to Res Toe Run (only once) and Birkenstock (only once) as long as the redemption is within the redemption period.
  8. Terms and Conditions:
    1. The birthday promo discount can be applied to regular-priced items to any participating Primer Brand products.
    2. The promo is non-transferable and can only be used by the birthday celebrant.
    3. Discount does not apply to non-Primer or 3rd party brands
    4. The discount is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
    5. This offer CANNOT be used in conjunction with any sale items, markdowns, or promos.
  9. Marketing and Communication: This birthday promo will be promoted through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, SMS or Viber, and in-store signage.
