The Account Services Supervisor plays a critical role in managing information for our clients and supporting the integration and growth of new and ongoing client relationships. The role plays a critical role in both external and internal coordination. This role involves extensive written communication to existing and prospective clients; strong writing & presentation skills are crucial for this position.
Responsibilities
Client Interfacing and Communication
- Create meaningful relationships involving day to day operations for both external and internal teams
Marketing Activities
- Review and monitor brand/campaign performance to determine effectiveness of strategies and relevance to the clients
- Propose different brand/campaign activations to improve overall brand/campaign performance and key metrics
Consumer Awareness and Initiatives
- Develop effective, cohesive and engaging brand campaigns and activations that can be heard understood and are relevant by the target audience
Data Analytics and Business Insights
- Identify critical relationships between patterns, data and trends. Provides workable solutions to improve overall brand performance and key metrics
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any other related field
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing or equivalent
- Technical/Professional Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in MS Excel/Google Office, Analytical Skills.
