Accounts Services Supervisor

The Account Services Supervisor plays a critical role in managing information for our clients and supporting the integration and growth of new and ongoing client relationships. The role plays a critical role in both external and internal coordination. This role involves extensive written communication to existing and prospective clients; strong writing & presentation skills are crucial for this position.

Responsibilities

Client Interfacing and Communication

  • Create meaningful relationships involving day to day operations for both external and internal teams

Marketing Activities 

  • Review and monitor brand/campaign performance to determine effectiveness of strategies and relevance to the clients
  • Propose different brand/campaign activations to improve overall brand/campaign performance and key metrics

Consumer Awareness and Initiatives

  • Develop effective, cohesive and engaging brand campaigns and activations that can be heard understood and are relevant by the target audience

Data Analytics and Business Insights 

  • Identify critical relationships between patterns, data and trends. Provides workable solutions to improve overall brand performance and key metrics

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any other related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing or equivalent
  • Technical/Professional Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in MS Excel/Google Office, Analytical Skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Highly Trainable, Organized and Systematic.
