The Outbound Supervisor is responsible to ensure accurate quantity and quality of items served to customers. He/She reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the Warehouse department towards effective and efficient outbound warehouse processes. These include the following scopes:
- Manage inventory safe keeping and handling of stocks within the picking area ground floor, Mezzanine 1 and Mezzanine 2.
- Oversee outbound warehouse operations from:
- Accurate inventory data and tracking through warehouse management system (WMS).
- Outbound inventory process from picking, tagging and packaging process.
- Assists the Warehouse Manager to create and champion policies and processes that would ensure effective and efficient outbound warehouse workflow.
- Responsible for other tasks completion that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science Major in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management Course
- At least 2 years experience in warehouse management
- Computer literate
