Accounts Supervisor (E-commerce)

The Accounts Supervisor (E-commerce) is in charge of brand business management, strategy creation and opportunity development to improve overall performance and key metrics of assigned cluster.

The role plays a critical role in both external and internal coordination. Being the Accounts Supervisor, the role is in charge of talent training and compliance to company's rules and regulations. 

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop campaign strategies and assign specific goals, metrics and activities to ensure brand performance and objectives are met. Proactively align with cross functional departments and key stakeholders to ensure service quality and timeliness. 

Sales Generation and Marketing Activities

  • Review and monitor brand / campaign performance to determine effectiveness of strategies and relevance to the consumers. Propose different brand/campaign activations to improve overall brand/campaign performance and key metrics. 

Consumer Awareness and Initiatives

  • Develop effective, cohesive and engaging brand campaigns and activations that can be heard , understood and are relevant by the target audience.

Data Analytics and Business Insights

  • Identify critical relationships between patterns, data and trends. Provides workable solutions to improve overall cluster performance and key metrics. Research competitor’s strategy and trends.

Problem Solving and Decision Making

  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternate / best possible solutions.

Client Interfacing and Communication

  • Create meaningful relationships involving day to day operations for both external and internal teams. 

Workforce and Manpower Planning

  • Train, monitor and evaluate employee performance based on key KPIs to ensure brand goals are met and brand strategies are executed in a timely manner. 

Store Operations, Policies and Processes

  • Monitor and ensure that teams are working within the company defined rules and regulations.

Preferred Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field
  • At least 2 years of experience for a retail company
  • E-commerce background is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in using seller centers (Lazada, Shopee and Zalora)
