ICT Project Manager

The role of the ICT Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members, internal departments and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
    • Define project tasks and resource requirements
    • Develop full scale project plans
    • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Manage project budget
    • Manage project resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
    • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
    • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Quality assurance
    • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the projects
    • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
    • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
    • Project evaluations and assessment of results

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Graduate of Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years project management experience in an Information Technology environment.
  • Retail Distribution experience a plus but not required.
  • Superior oral and written communication and analytical skills.
