Our CEO, Jimmy Thai, takes an extra mile to connect with the younger generation of KaPrimers and learn about their perspectives through the ‘Breakfast with the CEO’ meetings, a new initiative our CEO himself spearheaded last month.

This program aims to bridge the gap between the company leaders and team members across all levels. By inviting KaPrimers for a breakfast meeting with our CEO, we can solicit feedback and suggestions on how to better the company to ensure that Primer Group will have holistic improvements, with the help of our KaPrimers.
Two Impactful Breakfast Sessions
Last month, we kicked off the program, directly engaging with some of our talented KaPrimers from the Retail Services, Shared Services, and E-Commerce Group.
The conversations were vibrant, candid, and incredibly insightful, covering topics from operational efficiencies to new market opportunities. The selected KaPrimers shared their experiences, challenges, and innovative solutions.

A core principle of this program is to create a safe and open space where every idea is valued, and constructive feedback is welcomed. JMT emphasized that these sessions are not about judgment, but about learning, collaboration, and driving positive change together. The enthusiasm and honesty shared in these initial meetings were truly inspiring.
Exciting opportunities ahead
The insights we gathered in these first two batches are compiled and will directly impact strategic discussions.
Overall, Primer Group is committed to being on the ground to understand the daily operations and valuable insights from our KaPrimers who are driving the business forward. With that, expect more ‘Breakfast with the CEO’ meetings will be scheduled in the coming months, with the selected employees.
