The Supervisory Leadership Development Program (SLDP) was held last November 2024 by the Academy for Professional Excellence (APEX), the training arm of the Primer Group. The SLDP is a transformative four-day training designed to prepare supervisors with the critical skills needed to navigate workplace challenges effectively.
This comprehensive program equips supervisors and unit leaders with essential strategies, techniques, and tools to manage people and resources efficiently while fostering personal growth. Through its targeted approach, the SLDP emphasizes the dual goals of functional proficiency and personal development, empowering participants to make meaningful contributions to their teams and the organization.
Empowering Leaders for the Future
The SLDP not only refined the participants' abilities to lead and manage their teams effectively, but it also inspired them to approach their roles with renewed confidence and perspective. Through its practical tools, interactive sessions, and participant-focused approach, this program continues to strengthen the supervisors' contributions to their teams and the organization's success.
