The Supervisory Leadership Development Program (SLDP) was held last November 2024 by the Academy for Professional Excellence (APEX), the training arm of the Primer Group. The SLDP is a transformative four-day training designed to prepare supervisors with the critical skills needed to navigate workplace challenges effectively.
This comprehensive program equips supervisors and unit leaders with essential strategies, techniques, and tools to manage people and resources efficiently while fostering personal growth.
