Visual Merchandising Supervisor

TheĀ Visual Merchandising SupervisorĀ ensures that the defined merchandise mix is upheld consistent with store concept and monitors flow of merchandise in terms of inventory supply, space allocation, image, display and shelf life among others.

Responsibilities

  • Studies individual store customer profile and adjust product mix accordingly
  • Coordinates and evaluates with brand and merchandising group to ensure merchandise are consistent with store customer profile and needs
  • Review the brand segmentation. Raise concerns to Brand/Merchandiser Director/s if there are any concerns
  • Plan with Operation and Brand group for the space allocation of the brands/category
  • Prepare, analyze, report, and give recommendations on brand sale/sqm productivity
  • Prepare, analyze, report, and give recommendations on the store lifestyle and product category profile
  • Ensures that new products arrivals are properly coordinated with VM and marketing
  • Recommends to Brand/Merchandising slow-moving stocks needed to be moved
  • Provide feedbacks to Brand/Merchandising merchandise the customers are looking for and out of stock items
  • Looks for consignment brands to augment any lacking merchandise in the store
  • Coordinates with Brand/Merchandising to ensure that store people are given product orientation for new product arrivals
  • Coordinates with VM for the visual display guidelines and concerns
  • For exceptional repair concerns decides on the resolution in coordination with the Brand Manager
