The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for the effective and accurate processing and monitoring of all accounts receivable transactions such as bank reconciliation, collection/cash receipts (CR), statutory requirements, etc.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and timely recording of collection receipt/cash receipt (CR) transactions
- Performs monitoring of completeness and accuracy of direct deposits collections from store sales transactions
- Performs validation of all collections and ensures reconciliation of bank and book records
- Monitors payments/discrepancies from customers and vendors for different business units
- Responsible for filing and submission of monthly and quarterly government statutory reports (AR related) such as e-sales reporting, VAT relief, creditable withholding tax, etc
- Prepares and submits accurate accounts receivable reports within set deadline
- Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 6 months to 1 year accounting related experience
- Willing to work in Malate, Manila
