Business units and brands of the Primer Group of Companies join the battle against COVID-19 and work as one to heed the call of frontliners in need of personal protective equipment (PPEs) and supplies.
With a shortage of PPEs and an increasing number of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases in the Philippines, medical frontliners face the challenge of protecting Filipinos while staying safe from contracting the disease.
To alleviate their burden, Primer Group’s corporate social responsibility arm, together with some of the company’s retail brands R.O.X., Coghlan, and Fox Racing Philippines, and one of its industrial businesses Union Inks and Graphics Philippines Inc. provided partner hospitals such as the Philippine General Hospital, Cavite Medical Center, Tondo Medical Center, among others with PPEs and food supplies.

R.O.X. (Recreational Outdoor eXchange) donated Coghlan plastic ponchos to hospitals in the South such as Cavite Medical Center, South City Hospital and Medical Center, Las Pinas Doctors Hospital , TriCity Medical Center, M.V. Santiago Medical Center among others through psychiatrist Dr. Iris Carpio.
Fox Racing Philippines donated 31 helmets through Life Cycles PH.
Fox Racing PH athletes also taught frontline workers the basics of biking to help them reach their designated hospitals safely and more efficiently
without relying on public transportation, which is currently limited due to the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.
