Primer Group Fight!
Last February 7, 2020, Primer Group of Companies gathered its Metro Manila employees, especially its store associates, for a fun annual get-together at the Manila Hotel Tent City! Themed Primer Academy Foundation Day, the Annual Get-together featured high school-inspired surprises.
Check out what went on at the Primer Group AGT 2020:
- Manila Hotel Tent City turned into a fun high school called Primer Academy celebrating its Foundation Day through a school fair!
These dancing tube men and balloon arc welcomed Primer employees a.k.a. Primer Academy students on that day
While waiting for the program to start, employees played at the game booths
Those who won at the game booths received fun prizes
Just like court side reporters, our KaPrimer satellite hosts interviewed colleagues about their feels on that day.

2. With their death-defying stunts and breathtaking routine, the NU Pep Squad astounded the crowd with their opening performance.
The squad spelled out PRIMER while wearing their JanSport backpacks. They even created a Primer chant!

3. The Board of Directors (BODs) told stories about memorable happenings in the 34 years that Primer Group has been in the industry.
Managing Director Jerry Sy delivered the opening remarks in his own way and words, making it truly genuine and heartfelt
President and Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Thai expressed his gratitude to KaPrimers who dedicated their time and effort for the company
4. This year’s Primer’s Got Talent was a Group A Capella contest, where representatives from different business units showcased their vocal prowess.
Retail group performed a medley of some of the most iconic Philippine advertisements
New Ventures group dedicated their piece to those affected by the recent calamities that hit the world this early 2020
Industrial One (Warehouse and Warehouse Coop) group sang songs that motivate those who are feeling down and lost
Shared Services group rendered a dramatic performance of a classic OPM song
In their Glee-like performance, Industrial Two group enacted a cute high school romance musical
5. Of course, the Annual Get-Together would not be complete without recognizing employees who have stayed loyal to the company for five, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years.

8. Just like our guest performer, Primer’s Got Talent performers also received much appreciation from the audience.

9. Employees were at the edge of their seats as the names of the Grand Prize winners were drawn. Prizes raffled off were Php 34,000, trip for two to Malaysia, trip for two to Taiwan, and a brand new motorcycle.
