World Traveller celebrates 30 Years of “Smart Travel”

During the brand’s 30th anniversary celebration last November 13 at the I’M Hotel in Makati, World Traveller renewed its promise to promote smart travelling through its “For the Smart Traveller” campaign, and introduced its limited-edition suitcase and a travel accessory inspired by one of the most iconic World Traveller pieces dating back to the 1990s.

Fashion show that introduced World Traveller’s brand ambassadors who epitomized today’s smart traveller. 

The personalities featured were Chef Francis Tolentino as The Business Traveller, Adela Mae Marshall as The Lifestyle Traveller, Graham Caygill as The Adventure Traveller, and Cat Trivino as The Creative Traveller. Each of the ambassadors walked with the World Traveller 30th Anniversary commemorative luggage – the Antelope.

The Antelope is a part of a special capsule collection designed by World Traveller in celebration of its 30th anniversary.

The brand’s first-ever aluminum luggage, the Antelope features top and side handles, an aluminum push button trolley, built-in TSA lock, foot studs, and 4 double type wheels.

As the program came to an end, event host Janeena Chan turned the party over to the DJ for a night of revelries over good food, drinks, and music at the Mermaid Pool Bar of I’M hotel.

Aside from the Antelope, World Traveller will also be launching other products to commemorate its heritage. Patterned after the first-ever pieces produced by the brand in 1990, the limited edition products were made with buffalo vinyl to stay true to the original World Traveller pieces.
