Accounts Executive

The Accounts Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining accounts to generate sales.

Responsibilities

  • Meets with clients in the field in order to initiate and execute the sales process
  • Achieves group sales quota as agreed upon with the Management Committee.
  • Attends and facilitates the requirements for bidding
  • Builds business relationships with consultants, designers, architects, contractors and engineers
  • Develops relationships with customers, owner's representatives that call higher levels of negotiations
  • Coordinates with the Project Coordinator
  • Schedules & arranges meetings and appointments with clients
  • Assists, checks and consolidates the commercial and technical sales proposal
  • Handles customer complaints and takes the necessary actions in addressing these complaints
  • Carries out the whole sales process from gathering leads to collection
  • Identify trends with the industry & seek potential markets
  • Conduct product presentations to customers
  • Perform other tasks and duties as may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Graduate of any engineering course, preferably Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 6 months to 1 year technical and/or engineering sales experience
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Record management
  • Technical and product knowledge
  • Fluent in English and Filipino, both written and oral
  • Computer Literate
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem Solving tools
  • Account Management
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer
