Dispatch magazine, the newsletter that features people, places, activities, gear, and knowledge of travel that you got accustomed at getting at Recreational Outdoor eXchange (R.O.X) in Bonifacio High Street has gone through an overhaul – Dispatch is now independent of R.O.X and is now available online. Dispatch recently launched the online version of the magazine with more real-time feeds. Holding true to its name, Dispatch – defined as a report on state of affairs and the sending of something for a purpose – will serve as a repository and courier for the moments in travel as captured in its most unique experience.Content-wise, Dispatch continue to bring its readers adventure sports and travel stories they've come to expect, committing to seek out stories that will explore, teach, and inspire. Dispatch is not just all travel and adventure; cognizant of the role it plays in introducing new places and opening them up to intrepid visitors and their disruptive impact, Dispatch makes itself a platform for various advocacy for the protection of our geodiversity – natural, cultural, heritage, aesthetic – with the goal of making tourism benefit the local communities, first and foremost. With these in mind, Dispatch is opening more avenues to disseminate valuable information and keep the advocacy viral. A new video component will be broadcasting content on displays in select Primer retail shops. The print version will also be re-sized to a backpack-friendly layout and will continue to be released quarterly, and taken for free. The online version is intended to continuously fill the gaps in between, real-time.
