ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Ensures the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of financial and management reports, and handles other government agencies' requirements for compliance and financial reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA
• Must possess critical-thinking ability and analytical skills
• Can relate well to all levels of the organization
• Knowledgeable in ERP system

RELIEVERS FOR FINANCE

Will assist temporarily in the cashiering and credit and collection functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy

HUMAN RESOURCES ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsible in providing a fully integrated Human Resource service to its client group. Ensures the alignment of the human resource strategies to the overall business plans of its client group. The role includes designing and implementing human resource programs that builds organizational capability in order to deliver the expected business results.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Management
• With at least 2 years experience in the same capacity

HR ASSOCIATE – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Assists in the design, development and implementation of all in-house and external training programs of the company for all levels.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Presentation skills is also required in the position

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

Responsible for the environmental aspects of a database which includes a. recoverability, b. integrity, c. security, d. availability, e. performance, and f. development and testing support.

• College graduate of computer-related course
• With minimum of 2 years experience on database schema design and development

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the IT department. This person will focus on the administration of the company's network infrastructure to include desktop PCs, servers, network equipment, and software applications. Will assess and identify appropriate solutions to be integrated into the company's systems operation and make recommendations for implementation.

• College graduate, Engineering
• At least two 2 years technical and/or engineering sales experience
• Good English and Filipino sales communication skills, both written and oral
• Computer Literate
• Interpersonal Skills
• Problem Solving Tools
• Account Management

RETAIL SALES COORDINATOR

Manages the store, its operations and personnel, through effective administration and implementation of operational and sales activities and policies towards the achievement of sales targets.

• Graduate of any business-related course
• With relevant experience in aircon industry
• Graduate of any business-related course
• With relevant experience in aircon industry
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate

OFFICE STAFF

Coordinates with customers for their service needs and handles documentation for servoce-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
• At least 6 months experience in office operations or customer service
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate

ACCOUNT OFFICER

Manages Primer Group of Companies customers and sources out new ones outside of it.

• College graduate preferably with background in design, fashion, fine arts
• Some experience in selling or managing accounts
• Articulate with a pleasant disposition
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Interpersonal skills
• Account Management
• Problem solving and decision making


CREATIVE COORDINATOR

Provides assistance to the clients regarding the company's business.

• College graduate
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Computer literate
• Good in files and record management
• Must be willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque City

BRAND MANAGER

Responsible for the overall performance and development of the assigned brand/s ensuring attainment of the set business objectives and alignment of relevant programs with brand philosophy and direction.

• Bachelor's degree of any business-related course
• With at least 3 years experience in marketing, consumer product management or retail business
• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Develops over-all marketing strategies to promote the stores, brands and products through cost-effective marketing programs and innovative marketing partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree of any business-related course
• With at least 3 years experience in marketing communications
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a managerial or similar capacity

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER (Cebu)

Assists in Marketing and Communication functions to promote the brand, store, its products, activities and concerns to help attain overall sales and marketing objectives.

• College graduate, preferably with marketing background
• With at least 2 years experience in any marketing-related job

MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Assists in Marketing and Communication functions to promote the brand, store, its products, activities and concerns to help attain overall sales and marketing objectives.

• College graduate, preferably marketing
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

ASSOCIATE MERCHANDISER

Responsible in maintaining a continuous and evolving apparel program through practical interpretation of apparel designs, sourcing competent suppliers in terms of quality and pricing, sustaining a realistic but apt timetable for store distribution and acting pro-actively to hasten merchandise movement.

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Marketing
• With at least 2 years experience in any staff, merchandising, sales and marketing function.

AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

Ensures sales target are achieved through proper supervision of Sales Associates, implementation of sales activities and policies, inventory management, and proper coordination with internal/operation back-office.

• Graduate of any business-related course
• Good communication and people management skills
• Customer service oriented

STORE MANAGER (Manila & Cebu)

Oversees the store, its operations and personnel, through effective administration and implementation of operational and sales activities and policies towards the achievement of the sales targets

• College graduate, preferably Management course
• With at least 4 years of work experience preferably in the retail industry

STORE SUPERVISOR / STORE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Oversees the store, its operations and personnel, through effective administration and implementation of operational and sales activities and policies towards the achievement of the sales targets

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferably with at least 1 year of selling experience
• Must be willing to work on weekends/holidays

SALES ASSOCIATE

Performs selling functions in the attainment of sales and marketing objectives and acts as ambassador to project a positive and wholesome image for the brand and the company.
