Project Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

Oversees the overall project development on installation Projects for new split and Chiller air conditioner.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree and Professional License in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in supervising Project Developments on installations of new split and Chiller air conditioners
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Project management skills
* Problem solving and Decision Making skills

Assistant Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Responsible in assisting the service coordinator on the daily operations of service dispatching schedules and is in charge on the services rendered to clients and reviews service report for the accomplishment of technicians.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
* Female; 21 to 28 years old
* Excellent communication skills
* Good Interpersonal skills
* Able to draft mechanical plans, especially for the installation of air conditioning units

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Responsible in creating, managing and maintaining accounts to generate sales.
* Produces reports and analysis of sales trends.
* Attends and facilitates the requirements for biddings.
* Goes out on fields to meet with clients to execute the sales process.
* Builds business relationships with consultants, architects, contractors and engineers.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
* Female/Male; 21 to 28 years old
* Excellent communication skills
* Good Interpersonal skills
* Able to draft mechanical plans, especially for the installation of air conditioning units

Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

* Accountable for the profitability of assigned brand/s
* Formulates strategies and plans for the brand/s based on sales, marketing, and merchandising objectives
* Oversees brand performance through periodic sales and inventory analysis, product review, and market research
* Conceptualizes, implements, and evaluates marketing activities and events
* Leads product selection for season buys and ensures purchases are within set budget
* Establishes new channels of distribution for the brand

Requirements:

* Candidate must be graduate of Marketing or any related business course
* At least four (4) years work experience in brand management
* Highly creative and analytical
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Account Executive
(Attractive Compensation Package)

Responsibilities:

Responsible in account management and development. He/She is also responsible in building customer relationship, market information gathering and provide support in new product/service development in order to augment sales and achieve sales goals and objectives of the company.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* With exposure in silkscreen printing/Advertising/knowledgeable in Inks.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent.

Marketing Communication Officer

Responsibilities:

Assists in marketing and communication functions to promote the brand, its products, activities and concerns, to help attain overall sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* Highly Creative and Organized.
* Excellent Communication Skills
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Copywriter

Responsibilities:

The Copywriter develops concepts and ideas for advertising and marketing materials and campaigns as needed by brands within the organization and as well as other companies. .Writes a wide variety of communications for print, TV, radio, and the Internet. Generates ideas with other members of the creative team. Works in both agency and corporate settings.

Requirements:

*Graduate of Mass Communication, Major in Communication Arts, Advertising or Journalism;
* Minimum of at least 2 years copywriting work experience in media, and PR or Advertising Agency.
* Computer literate;
* Strong journalistic skills, including proofreading;
* Effective in communicating ideas and information through print;
* Highly creative;
* Can work under minimum supervision and has the ability to work within a team environment.
* Willing to be assigned in Sucat Parañaque.

Construction Officer

Responsibilities:

* Monitors and supervises project construction and repair works and sees to it that deadlines are met
* Coordinates with business units, contractors, and suppliers regarding matters relative to the design and construction of the different company projects
* Ensures compliance to all documentation requirements for construction
* Provides necessary Concept, Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Drawings for the construction of Company-owned stores, offices, and other construction requirements
* Conducts regular store visits to check store conditions

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent, Board Exam passers have an advantage
* Preferably with 1-3 years work experience in retail architecture
* Must be proficient in 3D rendering, AutoCAD/Auto Desktop, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office Applications
* Good oral and written communication skills and can handle multiple projects

Graphic Artist

Responsibilities:

Performs art and design services to address advertising, T-shirt printingand store/window display requirements of our clients.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Fine Arts or any related course
* Knowledgeable of arts/design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel draw etc)
* Conceptualization/composition design.
* Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Can relate well to all organization
* Willing to be assigned at Sucat Parañaque

Product Associate

Responsibilities:

Develops a continuous and evolving sourcing and merchandising programs for the brands in the attainment of the sales and marketing objectives.

Requirements:

* Candidate must be graduate of any business-related course.
* At least one year (1) year of experience in related field.
* Knowledgeable on products and with "eye" for selection.
* Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Computer literate; proficient in spreadsheets.
* Excellent Negotiation skills
* Able and willing to travel

Business Manager

Responsibilities:

* Performs day-to-day management of the store in accordance with the overall company policy and improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its inventory turnover and maximizing profitability. Major parts of the job include the following main areas of retail activity: store operations; human resources; finance; buying; customer care; marketing; logistics; and administration.

Requirements:

* Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
* Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to analyze and solve problems.
