The R.O.X. Outdoor Festival also catered to families who are keen about travelling in style by introducing Primer Group of Companies’ latest tourism venture, Great Escapes. Great Escapes offers luxury glamping and other activities such as hiking and biking in Baler, Aurora and Isla Pandan in Palawan.

CORE also partnered with Great Escapes through Tubong Lokal, a program that aims to boost local tourism by providing means of livelihood to small communities. With their knowledge of the area, Tubong Lokal has enhanced the capabilities of local tour guides in Baler and Palawan by providing trainings for nature guiding, emergency response and quality customer service.

Along with loving the outdoors, it is our responsibility to take care of it. CORE, together with several environmental advocacy groups like World Wide Fund (WWF), Haribon Foundation and Bikes for the Philippines, had also setup booths in Zone 3 in order to promote and bring awareness to environmental advocacies that are less known to the masses.
